2019 New Mexico Book Awards Banquet
The 2019 New Mexico-Arizona Awards Banquet was held on Sat., November 9, 2019.
The schedule is:
11am Cocktail Hour Cash Bar
12noon Welcome Lunch
1pm Book Awards Recognition Program
Tables of 10.
Cost: $36 per person
(NOTE: This is almost 50% discount over last year's banquet and it is being held on a Saturday at lunch time)
Rosemary Lemon Roasted Chicken Breast
Fresh chopped herb and citrus zest paired with roasted red pepper cream sauce
Garden Salad
Seasonal vegetables
Chocolate Mousse with Raspberry Sauce
VEGETARIAN OPTION: Grilled Zucchini Wrapped Quinoa
Garnished with toasted cashew and red pepper coulis (NOTICE: This has nuts)
